Shops all over the USA have been selling Delta-8 THC for the past few months. Many fear that they are doing so illegally.
However, vendors and legal teams are advising clients to continue selling Delta-8, arguing that it is legal under the 2018 Farm Bill.
Update:
Since this blog was published, a lot has changed around the Delta-8 conversation. Some states have come out and straight up banned this minor cannabinoid.
